In the case of commercial communications by electronic mail or by an equivalent means, the Customer gives its express consent to the sending of advertising through said means. In case of breach of this agreement by the Customer, your personal data may be revealed or communicated to third parties to the extent necessary for the recovery of the damages inherent to the breach.
